Clubhouse dress: Members and guests are required to be neat and presentable at all times and unacceptable casual dress is not allowed. We ask you to be mindful of what is appropriate to our “Country Club Casual” environment. Please note the following: torn, worn, baggy, ill-fitting jeans and shorts, tee shirts, flip flops or any form of exercise clothing are never acceptable in the dining areas. Men must remove their hats in the clubhouse with the exception of the Men’s Grill and locker room. As you are responsible for your family and guests, always exercise judgment in all matters related to attire. Golf course dress: Proper attire on the golf course, practice range, and putting green is expected to conform in style to that which is sold in the Troon Golf Shop. Proper attire includes collared and crew neck shirts with sleeves for men and collared and crew neck golf shirts or blouses for women, pullovers, jackets, slacks, and golf shorts that are similar in style to walking or Bermuda shorts of an appropriate and tasteful length. No denim is allowed on the golf course or range at any time. Only shoes designed for golf or flat-soled athletic shoes may be worn on the course and practice areas. Men’s shirttails must be tucked in at all times.
Cell phone usage: In keeping with our desire to have a pleasant golf and clubhouse experience for all, cell phone use is not allowed except in the following designated areas: the locker rooms, phone booths and parking lot. If you have a cell phone, it must be set to silent or vibrate. Texting or web browsing is not allowed in the Quail’s Nest during dinner hours. Cell phones cannot be used on the driving range. Please remind your family and guests of our policy.
Smoking: Arizona law prohibits smoking in all areas of our Clubhouse and within 20 feet from all establishment entrances, open windows, and permeable components of ventilation systems. Smoking is permitted on the golf course. For fire prevention purposes please utilize the ashtrays on the golf carts. Do not throw cigarette or cigar butts into the desert, sand bunkers or on the golf course, tennis or pool areas.
